A modern day take on the house call kit.
Outreach focuses on an organized equipment case for the 21st century doctor. House calls have become a revitalized healthcare solution for post op check ups and those who have mobility issues. The modular storage allows for swappable tool kits ranging on the patients needs and the doctors specialty. Rugged exterior case allows equipment to be safely transported alongside the doctor.

Mobility and Transportation Issues
Approximately 5.8 million people in the United States, which is about 1.8% of the population, delayed medical care because they had limited transportation.
Patient Provider Relationship
The patient and doctor relationship is crucial to recovery as it fosters trust, open communication, and a sense of partnership in treatment decisions. This relationship can positively impact a patient's mental and emotional well-being, leading to better adherence to treatment plans and ultimately, improved health outcomes.
House calls provide numerous benefits such as Improved quality of care, increased time with patients, and reducing healthcare costs.

Doctors and Nurses need to have quick access to tools and patient medical records to efficiently provided a diagnoses.
Portable
The case must be comfortable to move between various terrains and include multiple handles for ease of transportation.
Modular
Patient’s needs vary between individuals, this requires flexibility in the tools this product can carry depending on the patients need.

Contains doctors portal to upload and check patients medical records. Can also be use to call specialists and conduct a telehealth call

Listens to the sounds generated internally by your heart, lungs and intestinal tract. It is also used to check blood pressure.

These thermometers can measure body temperature in various locations known for maintaining stable temperatures

Used to look into the back of your eye. To see the retina, the optic disc, and blood vessels.

A tool which shines a beam of light to help visualize and examine the condition of the ear canal and eardrum

Used to test deep tendon reflexes. Testing for reflexes is an important part of the neurological physical examination in order to detect abnormalities in the central or peripheral nervous system.
Outreach has the same dimensions as a medium suitcase.
The top half of the case holds frequently used tools by doctors and nurses.
Secure latch allows case to stay sealed in transportation.
Includes two handles to improve portability and ease of storage.
Releasing the latch allows a table to flip down that can be used to place tools during an exam.
Otoscope caps are provided for quick and easy access.
Tablet charging station can be articulated to an eye level screen when contacting a specialist.
Both the Ophthalmoscope and Otoscope share a battery handle to reduce space inside the case
Outreach includes a modular storage system that allows for swapping various containers to fit patient needs.
Modular containers can be filled with sanitation products, specialized testing equipment, and extra tools.
Equipment is inductively charged and magnetically held in place for both ease of cleaning and removal.
The Outreach app allows patients to schedule a house call appointment and monitor when the doctor will arrive.
